MFA is managing the improvements of 28 community centers throughout the City of Memphis. The $35 Million investment towards the improvements goal is to enhance safety, improve infrastructure longevity, enhance functionality, increase aesthetics, stimulate economic benefits, and overall achieve public satisfaction.
