The Highland Row Streetscapes spanned from Highland Street from Midland Ave to Southern Avenue. Improvements included a raised traffic table at the Midland Ave. and Highland St. intersection along with a new mast arm traffic signal. Two additional signalized crosswalks were constructed on Highland Street. Additionally, the project included raised medians with plantings, new street trees, new sidewalks and landscaping along both the east and west sides of the roadway, asphalt paving, and new streetlights.
