TMSP is the modernization, expansion, and seismic upgrade of the existing commercial terminal building and associated pedestrian and roadway curb front infrastructure.
The Program’s scope includes opening inviting spaces with ample circulation, seismically protect the building, preserve the martini glass character, flexible for evolving technology and passenger processing, provide opportunities for sustainable operations and design, upgrade aging systems – MEP and baggage, balanced with capacity of concourse, remote check-in options for passenger experience, and flexibility.
