The City of Memphis and Shelby County plan to upgrade FedExForum by addressing capital maintenance, improving how people enter, access, and move throughout the arena, diversifying and enhancing premium assets, and creating additional food and beverage outlets. Since its construction in 2004, FedExForum has been the home of the Memphis Grizzlies and the Memphis Tigers, as well as the host of many concert and cultural events. With neighboring attractions such as Beale Street, the National Civil Rights Museum, and numerous other downtown amenities surrounding the site.
FedExForum is a central gathering point in Memphis that represents more than just a venue for sports entertainment. This renovation will provide the City of Memphis and Shelby County with an opportunity to preserve history, strengthen community connections, and generate economic development.
